Lemon curd, white flowers, and a kiss of honeysuckle all emerge from the 2019 Sauvignon Blanc Dissonance. Medium-bodied, with a rounded, nicely textured mouthfeel and a clean finish, it's well-made, crisp, and refreshing, and worth drinking over the coming year or two.
The 2019 Dissonance is a very pretty, expressive Sauvignon Blanc-based blend. Bright Knights Valley energy kicks up a whole range of varietal flavors nicely. Grapefruit, white flowers, mint and crushed rocks give the 2019 terrific energy.
