2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard was aged for 22 months in French oak, 100% new. Deep garnet-purple in color, it opens with expanding notes of warm black plums, crème de cassis and kirsch, plus hints of tar, tobacco leaf, iron ore and a waft of hoisin. Medium to full-bodied, rich and beautifully structured with plush tannins and a lively line, it finishes long with tons of mineral and earth layers. 100 cases were made.
