2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Sacrashe Vineyard Exzellenz

The newest offering, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Excellenz, is all from the Sacrashe Vineyard. It exhibits a similar character, with more scorched earth notes, fuller body, and even more depth and richness than its sibling. It is good to see this winery finally fashioning wines of this quality level.
