The 2016 Sparkling Chardonnay Brosseau Vineyard combines ripe fruits with savory, toasty tones. The nose offers ripe golden fruits with touches of earth and honeycomb, and the palate is broad and expansive with honeyed fruits, savory tones, creamy bubbles and bright bursts of freshness. It's a gregarious wine full of personality that calls you back again and again!

The 2016 Chardonnay (Sparkling) Brosseau Vineyard is another compelling wine in this range. Ginger, spice, passionfruit and mineral notes all race out of the glass. The combination of a warm site and limestone/granite soils yields a marvelously complex, dynamic wine endowed with bracing energy and tons of character. Like all the wines here, the Brosseau opens beautifully with air. Dosage was 2 grams per liter.
