The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Actaeon emerges from a few rows in Quixote, which is in Stags Leap. Medium in body and silky, the 2015 has quite a bit to offer. This is a decidedly fruit-forward, mid-weight style that will be easy to appreciate in its youth.

Another terrific wine is the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Actaeon which comes from the Stags Leap region of the Valley. Plums, black cherries, Christmas fruitcake, graphite and a touch of oak all emerge from this medium to full-bodied, structured, firm, yet balanced red that’s going to benefit from 3-4 years of bottle age and keep for 15+
Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Actaeon Quixote Vineyard shows aromas of baked berries and spices with hints of earth and herbs. Full-bodied with firm, chewy tannins, it's a little hard in the mouth but with some appealing fruit.
