The tank-aged 2022 Vin de France Le Peche Originel Sans Soufre Ajoute is all Cinsault. It starts off a bit peppery, but give it plenty of swirling (or a brief decantation) to help release more stone fruit aromas and nuanced spice notes. It's medium to full-bodied, with a beautifully airy feel on the palate and a long, lingering, silky-textured finish.
