2020 J. J. Vincent et Fils Bourgogne Blanc

The 2020 Bourgogne Chardonnay comes from purchased fruit from the north of the appellation in Vergisson. Matured without oak, it has a light, stony bouquet that is quite minimalist in style. The palate is well balanced with orchard fruit, yellow plums and a touch of spice. Maybe a little short on the finish, but it should drink nicely for two or three years.
