2013 Clos De La Tech Pinot Noir Domaine du Docteur Rodgers

The 2013 Pinot Noir Domaine du Docteur Rodgers is the most savory wine in this lineup. Dried herbs, crushed flowers, sweet red cherry, sage, French oak, mint and earthy undertones give the 2013 terrific aromatic presence to match its mid-weight personality. I would choose to drink the 2013 over the next few years, as I imagine the savory notes will eventually become quite prominent as the fruit starts to soften.
