Deep, bright ruby-red. Lively aromas of cassis, sassafras, chocolate, licorice and tobacco. Spicy flavors of cassis, tobacco leaf, dark chocolate and mint, plus a hint of leather. With some streaky acids, this comes across as distinctly dry, an impression strengthened by a leafy quality on the firm finish.
