2022 Domaine Divio Chardonnay

The 2022 Chardonnay Willamette Valley opens with an airy freshness, mixing chamomile and white flowers as enriching hints of crushed almond and wet stone evolve with time in the glass. It washes across the palate with ripe orchard fruits lifted by a tinge of candied citrus, coming across as soft-textured and round in feel. Saline minerals come forward through the finish as this leaves the mouth watering for more with a lingering tart lemon concentration. This displays a lovely integration of its 25% new oak.
