2007 Rodney Strong Cabernet Sauvignon Rockaway

Not surprisingly, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon boasts an inky/purple color as well as black and blue fruits that cascade over the palate, gorgeously sweet tannins, low acidity, a plush, seamless mouthfeel, and a lavish finish. It will drink beautifully when released, and keep for 15 or more years. (Not yet released) (Released, and keep for 15 or more years.) These new, high-end products from the Rodney Strong Winery are made with the assistance of consultant David Ramey. This trio represents a huge leap forward qualitatively, but prices are higher also.
