2015 Bonavita Rosato Terre Siciliane

A good Sicilian value wine, the 2015 Rosato opens to a dark garnet color with raspberry highlights. The bouquet is fresh and fruity with an abundance of sweet cherry, red currant and chopped mint. The blend is 70% Nerello Mascalese, 20% Nerello Cappuccio and 10% Nocera and there is a touch of characteristic bitterness on the close.
