2012 Joseph Swan Pinot Noir Ritchie Vineyard

Bright ruby-red. Smoke-accented dark berries and cherry on the pungent nose. Fleshy and open-knit, offering sweet black raspberry and boysenberry flavors and a velvety texture. Round and approachable pinot with good finishing punch and lingering fruitiness. Very cuddly for a young Swan wine, with no obvious tannins and subtle minerality adding lift and focus.
