The style of the 2021 Agrícola de Cadalso falls in between that of the Laderas del Tiétar and the Granito del Cadalso, with some edgy minerality, flowers, berry fruit, herbs and a medium-bodied palate that is gentle, fine-boned, balanced and elegant. It was bottled in April 2022.
