2019 Hibou Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a red-fruited, mid-weight Cabernet that's perfect for earlier drinking over the next 5-7 years. Medium ruby in color, it has pure scents of red cherries, charcuterie, dried lavender and thyme with notes of tobacco leaves and dusty earth. The palate offers concentrated yet lifted flavors, generous acidity and spicy accents from its maturation in new French Taransaud and Darnajou barrels.
