2002 Flora Springs Cabernet Sauvignon 25th Anniversary

The 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon 25th Anniversary is also 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Flora Springs’ estate vineyards in Rutherford, and was aged in 100% new oak. It should survive and flourish until Flora Springs celebrates its 50th anniversary. An opaque purple color is followed by abundant aromas of blackberries, cassis, charcoal, graphite and toasty oak. Dense, rich, tannic and backward, it may develop into an even bigger wine than the Hillside Reserve. Cellar it for another 4-5 years and consume it over the following 2+ decades. Tel.
