The 2021 Pinot Noir Petaluma Gap is ripe with aromas of baked red plum, warming spice, and smoky earth. Full-bodied, with a viscous texture and fine tannins, it offers notes of cola, stewed black cherry, and a bit of iron-rich earth. It shows a bit of development for being so young, but it will provide a couple of years of solid drinking.
