Moving to the three Pinot Noir releases, the 2017 Pinot Noir Bucher Vineyard was just 30% destemmed and spent 10 months in 25% new French oak. It's the largest production release with 504 cases made. This juicy, medium to full-bodied, powerful Pinot Noir has loads of black cherry and darker currant fruits, notes of smoked herbs, a touch of background oak, and a textured, layered mouthfeel.
