NV L'Originale Extra Brut is 100% 2011 Pinot Blanc from a plot planted in 1904, which is probably the oldest Pinot Blanc parcel in the Champagne. The wine opens with a refreshing but deep and intense apple fruit on the nose. Pure, straight and fresh on the palate, this is a very mineral and refreshing Champagne of great finesse. Its lightness is encountered by minerals, which gives this food-friendly Champagne a remarkable complexity.
