2021 Cerro La Trinchera Cuvee Viticole Roberto Henriquez

The new 2021 Cerro La Trinchera is the from a vineyard in the Cordillera Nahuelbuta at some 500 meters in altitude surrounded by native trees in the southern limit of the País production in the country. It fermented in plastic bin and matured in 400-liter oak barrels. It's more polished and lighter, easy to drink. This was the first vintage for this vineyard in the process of being recovered. There are 1,200 bottles of this.
