2013 Sodhani Cabernet Sauvignon

Just entering its prime drinking window, the 2013 Inaugural Cabernet Sauvignon features gorgeous, maturing notes of cassis and pencil shavings, even gravelly notes and smoked meat. Full-bodied, rich and velvety, it's still holding on to plenty of structure and cellaring time, finishing long, with a hint of licorice.
