2008 Adelaida Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles

Vivid ruby. Ripe cherry and dark berries on the nose, with notes of licorice and cracked pepper adding complexity. Supple and seamless on the palate, showing good depth to its sappy dark fruit flavors. Becomes spicier with air and finishes on a sweet floral pastille note. This is already drinking nicely.
