2007 Lynmar Pinot Noir Quail Hill Vineyard Bliss Block

Lurid bright red. Sexy, complex nose displays raspberry, minerals and incense, lifted by an exhilarating whiff of blood orange. Lush, concentrated and sweet, but with alluring vinosity and spiciness to the tangy red berry flavors. The slow-mounting finish is precise, intensely spicy and mineral-driven; I'd give this another couple of years to unwind.
