2014 Robert Biale Zinfandel Stagecoach Vineyard

The 2014 Zinfandel Stagecoach comes from a block planted with Heritage clones in 1999, in the volcanic and rocky soils of this site. Dark ruby/plum-colored with plenty of briary strawberry and brambleberry notes, Christmas fruitcake, cedar wood, licorice and earth, this is a big, spicy, exuberant and somewhat Mediterranean style of wine that is medium to full-bodied and best drunk over the next 4-5 years.
