2008 Parador Red

(a blend of tempranillo and cabernet sauvignon): Deep ruby. Cherry and redcurrant on the spice-accented nose. Taut and slow to open, offering zesty red fruit flavors and a hint of vanilla. Closes on a tangy note, with slow-building sweetness, good length and lingering spiciness.
