(a field blend of gewurztraminer, trousseau gris, riesling and "other white grapes"): Light, bright gold. Smoky pear and nectarine on the nose, plus notes of chamomile and orange peel. Dense and complex, offering powerful orchard fruit and melon flavors that pick up a leesy nuance with aeration. Acts a lot like a high-end white Bordeaux, finishing spicy, focused and very long.
