I had a slight preference for the 1996 red wines over the 1995s, but they are all very good to excellent efforts. The 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a dense ruby color, full body, plenty of deep, uncomplicated, exuberant black currant fruit, spice from new oak, and a fleshy finish.
