The sweetly scented 2013 Brut Riserva Monfort blends white flowers with honeyed apples and incense to form a remarkably pretty bouquet. This balances richness with precision, showing ripe orchard fruits laced with savory spices and herbal tones. The 2013 then turns more tropical through the finale, as coconut and mango linger under an air of vanilla custard.
