2006 H. Blin Vintage

Bright yellow-gold. Fresh citrus and orchard fruit aromas are lifted by a mineral element and pick up notes of agave and quinine with air. Chewy and focused on the palate, offering dried pear and Meyer lemon flavors and a touch of anise. The smoky quality builds on a finish that shows very good tenacity, focus and refreshing bitterness.
