Deep purple-black in color, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Steltzner Vineyard sings of licorice, charcuterie and Indian spices, over a core of crushed black cherries, warm cassis and baked plums, plus a hint of dried mint. The rich, full-bodied palate has a plush texture and soft acidity supporting the flamboyant black fruit preserves flavors, finishing long and spicy.
