2007 Lynmar Pinot Noir Hawk Hill Vineyard

Bright ruby. Deeply pitched aromas of blackberry, cola, violet and cracked pepper. Youthfully taut and chewy in texture, offering powerful dark berry and bitter cherry flavors and gaining weight with air. On the serious side, with strong finishing grip and a whiplash of bitter cherry on the impressively long finish. I'd hold off opening this for another couple of years.
