One of two Syrahs from this site, the base 2013 Syrah Kenefick Ranch reveals a youthful ruby/purple color as well as a ripe, peppery, smoky style in its red, black, and blue fruits as well as notes of game, camphor, and spring flowers. Medium to full-bodied, beautifully textured, and downright seamless on the palate, it’s drinking right in the middle of its drink window and should keep nicely through 2028.
