2006 Stewart Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Nomad

The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Nomad (100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard - Clone 4) is slightly tighter, very much in keeping with the vintage. The tannins are more noticeable and the wine reveals classic notes of tobacco leaf, black currants, licorice and cedar. With a full-bodied, powerful but structured style, this wine needs a few more years of bottle age and should drink nicely for 15+ years.
