A beautiful Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon from Robert Craig reveals good earthiness and minerality, spicy blackcurrant and black cherry fruit notes, a touch of oak and earth. This blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest equal parts Cabernet Franc and Merlot spent 18 months in 90% new French oak, and should age nicely for another 10-12 years.
