Charming aromas of chamomile, white tea and lemon peel. Medium-bodied with sparkling acidity and supple texture. Bright and fresh on the palate, with a lot of energy and life. Subtle, while remaining expressive. Drink or hold.
The 2018 Chardonnay Larry Hyde bursts with vibrant notes of lime leaves, yuzu zest and lemon curd, plus hints of struck flint, shaved almonds and orange blossoms. Medium-bodied, elegant, refreshing and finely knit, the palate is all about polish and precision, delivering delicately expressed citrus and stone flavors, finishing long and mineral laced. Built for cellaring, I'd love to revisit this in 5-6 years time!
