Note di degustazione
The 2019 Pinot Noir Petit Génat has generous red fruit aromas with accents of burnt orange peel, potpourri, cracked pepper and earth, revealing more aromatic nuance as it spends time in the glass. The medium-bodied palate is surprising, offering highly concentrated, layered flavors segueing from ripe fruit to savory and spicy sparks. It has a seamless, silky structure and a tremendously long, floral finish. It has what it takes to develop additional complexity in bottle over the next decade.

The 2019 Pinot Noir Petit Geant is concentrated with dark fruit and spiced with black pepper, purple flowers, and black raspberry. The palate is dry, with rich mineral earth, pristine cherry liqueur, and lavender floral tones that linger through the long finish. Drink 2023-2032.
Brilliant ruby-red. Expansive, spice-accented black raspberry, boysenberry, cherry cola and floral aromas show excellent clarity and mineral lift. Chewy, sweet and focused in the mouth, offering densely packed red and blue fruit, candied violet and spicecake flavors that show alluring sweetness and reveal a hint of botanical herbs as the wine opens up. Youthfully chewy tannins add shape to the strikingly long, focused finish, which leaves behind sappy red berry preserve, floral and exotic spice notes. 21% new French oak.
