Expansive in its aromatics, the 2021 Pinot Noir Volcanic jumps out of the glass with generous notes of purple flowers, black raspberry fruit, and sage. Rounded and medium to full-bodied, with a silky mouthfeel, fine tannins, and approachable fruit, it has a great finish and is ready for those who enjoy more fruit-forward wines, but it will turn more savory with time.
