2006 Patz & Hall Pinot Noir Jenkins Ranch

(from a vineyard on the west side of Sebastopol) Red fruits, blueberry and mocha on the nose. Plump, supple and sweet, with moderate depth to its red fruit, spice, smoke and earth flavors. Perhaps more complex than the Sonoma Coast bottling but not quite as precise, and a bit warm on the finish, with slightly dry tannins.
