2006 Regusci Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Angelo's Vineyard

Fashioned from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the gorgeous, inky purple 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Angelo's Hillside is somewhat reminiscent of Shafer's Hillside Select. Lead pencil shavings, blackberry, espresso roast, and subtle oak characteristics are found in this thick, concentrated, full-bodied effort displaying tremendous concentration and length. Forget this 2006 for 2-4 years, and consume it over the following two decades.
