2022 Auteur Chardonnay Green Acres Vineyard

A bright silver/yellow hue, the 2022 Chardonnay Green Acres Vineyard is light on its feet with a more Chablis-like aesthetic, without being lean, and reveals notes of lime pith, fresh flowers, parmesan, and fresh apples. It’s medium-bodied, with refreshing zesty acidity and a pithy texture. A lovely wine, it was a bit shy at this tasting, but it has all the components to improve steadily over the coming years as it fleshes out. Drink over the coming 10-12 years.
