The 2016 Adam's Blend is a very pretty, forward wine. Bright, red-toned fruit and mid-weight structure give the 2016 much of its immediacy and overall appeal. This is one of the more gracious and delicate (if I Can use that word here) wines in this range.

The 2016 Cabernet Franc Adam's Blend is made up of 91% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep purple-black in color, it delivers expressive notions of baked raspberries, redcurrant jelly and black cherry compote with wafts of fragrant earth, red roses and aniseed. Full-bodied and firmly structured, with a chewy frame, it has a lively backbone and a long and earthy finish.
