2014 Argot Pinot Noir Motifs

The Motifs moniker seems to be Argot’s inexpensive second label. The 2014 Pinot Noir Estate Motifs is made from fully destemmed Pinot Noir and heritage clonal selections, such as Calera and Rochioli. The wine is nice, medium-bodied, dark garnet, with a pleasant nose of roasted herbs, loamy soil, black cherry and earth. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.
