Note di degustazione
The most impressive of all is the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon La Presa. (Not coincidentally, this is the most expensive as well.) With a dense purple color and notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, licorice, and loamy soil undertones, it is deep, full-bodied, moderately tannic, and impressively pure and well-balanced. Drink it over the next 15+ years.

The Cabernet Sauvignon La Presa is rich, deep and wonderfully pliant in the glass. Dark red plum, blueberry jam, cloves and leather meld together in the glass. The morning exposure here results in a fleshy, radiant Cabernet built on fruit and voluptuous texture.
Dark raspberries, plums, white flowers and cloves flesh out in the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon La Presa One South. All the elements meld together in a racy, pliant Cabernet loaded with fruit and potential. The 2012 is dark, fleshy and seductive all the way through to the finish, with fine, silky tannins that round things out nicely.
