Note di degustazione
A fine success, the 2018 Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons displays pretty aromas of citrus oil, orange blossom, white peach, beeswax and fresh bread. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered, it's quite chalky and chiseled for a climat that's often one of the more charming, enveloping premiers crus in the range.

The 2018 Chablis Vaillons 1er Cru offers striking precision in its combination of density, richness and energy. Absolutely nothing stands out in a wine that truly dazzles from the very first taste. Citrus, slate, white pepper, mint and crushed rocks all race out of the glass as the aromatics come alive with a bit of air. The Vaillons is one of the more complete wines among the 1er Crus in this range.
Some greener citrus and hints of apples and white nectarines, as well as a wet-chalk note and sweet florals in abundance. The palate has a super fleshy, smoothly honed core of white peaches and nectarines with a seam of fresh acidity, building length with yellow citrus fruit. This is very seductive, silky and succulent. Drink on release.
