Note di degustazione
The 2019 Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons delivers aromas of green apple, peach, white flowers and freshly baked bread, followed by a medium to full-bodied, taut and concentrated palate that's racy and chiseled, concluding with a long, electric finish. This is a brilliant effort that will reward bottle age.

The 2019 Chablis Vaillons 1er Cru has one of the most outgoing aromatics among Raveneau’s Premier Crus, featuring wonderful, exuberant yellow plum, tangerine and quince aromas, all zesty and feisty. The palate is well balanced with good weight and a slightly waxy texture. Phenolic concentration flourishes toward the finish and lends real persistence. There’s an almost Chenin-like element on the aftertaste. Excellent.
The 2019 Chablis Vaillons 1er Cru has a beautiful nose of yellow plums, honeysuckle and touches of menthol, conveying the sensuality one often finds in this cru. The palate is very well balanced with a fine line of acidity, taut and fresh, with impressive concentration that lends persistence on the finish. You can feel this in the mouth 45 seconds after the wine has departed.
