The 2015 Chardonnay Joy Road Vineyard rich, intense and deeply marked by the year in its super-concentrated personality. The rich, phenolic feel give the wine an almost red-wine feel. At the same time, it also comes across as raw and not fully formed. Yields are down 50%. Today, the Joy Road is a bit heavy. It will be interesting to see where things go in the coming years.
