The 2012 Entemari delivers a distinctively sophisticated style. The wine represents a blend of Vermentino, Chardonnay and Sardinian Malvasia. The bouquet shows creamy intensity with apricot, Golden Delicious apple and poached pear. Honey, smoke and toasted nut also appear in moderation and there is a slight touch of sulfur stone at the back. Entemari offers a medium-bodied presence with creamy and long persistency.
