2022 Maxem Pinot Noir UV Vineyard

The 2022 Pinot Noir UV Vineyard was matured for 15 months in Remond, Damy and Chassin oak barrels. It slowly unfolds its aromas of wild berry fruit, bitter orange, charcuterie, wild fennel and dried earth. The medium-bodied palate offers powerful, velvety tannins and seamless acidity to support its layers of fruit, earth and spice. It's expressive and harmonious, and though you could drink it now, it will develop savory complexity in bottle over the next decade or more. 230 cases were made.
