2007 Cobb Pinot Noir Rice Spivak Vineyard

Deep ruby. Brooding dark berry and cherry-cola aromas are complemented by bright mineral and floral notes. Slow to open, offering bitter cherry and blackcurrant flavors and a late note of licorice. The finish repeats the cola and licorice notes and clings nicely. This is the most backward of this set, and in need of cellaring.
