The 2015 Ghost Dog is a full-throttle, intense beauty. In this vintage, the Petite is 60% of the blend, and that comes through in the wine's inky fruit profile and savory overtones. Readers will have to give the 2015 at least a few years in bottle to lose some baby fat. Crème de cassis, chocolate, licorice, cloves and lavender fill out the wine's layers effortlessly. This is a stunning wine.
